JOB BRIEF;

  • Welcomes and directs vendors and clients.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Makes appointments and referrals.
  • Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
  • Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
  • Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
  • Copies, collates and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS;

  • SPM / Diploma / Certificate
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Female preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Can work independently
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
